What we do

Swim

With swimming considered the most difficult of the three disciplines, with so much to remember and practice as a club we will help you by improving your fundamentals and technique of the front crawl. We will do this by incorporating drills and building your aerobic fitness while building your confidence to be at one with the water.

Bike

Through our sessions, we shall prepare members for the season ahead with a mixture of technique, speed and endurance sets. Non coached rides will give the opportunity for members to come together, share experiences and arrange varying group rides for co-members.

Run

Our structured track sessions beginning in October and November will provide members with a solid base through the winter for the season ahead. Consistent attendance at track sessions allow members to push themselves in a competitive environment which will undoubtedly improve performance and technique.
